Some of us don't need to be forced by rules to do the conscientious thing. I never delete rar files right when I finish downloading -- I always seed to at least 1.3 before deleting. Why would you bother complaining or telling others not to download? Just don't download it if you don't like rar files. Some of you are so ungrateful!
