Go to http://www.cccp-project.net/
Click on "windows vista XP" and save. Then after it has downloaded open file and install. Right-click on .mkv video file and hover over "open with" and choose Zoom or Windows Player Classic. I have tried all other players I know of and the audio and video play out of sync.
