Don't know what the problem is, but the aspect ratio is w-a-y off (looks like 16x9 squished into 4x3) regardless of whether VLC or a hardware player is used.
Unless you have specialized hardware, software or knowledge, I recommend using another file.

Audio won't work on some players. At all.
Video is... acceptable. But I need audio too. So, getting another copy elsewhere. Thanks though.
