Hi folks,
If you are stuck at 99.9%, there is hope.. All the mp4 files are actually downloaded 100% its only the subtitles that are not downloaded.. go to the folder and move all your mp4 files and find subtitles from another source.. voila.. !!!

These subtitles match exactly.. just merge the 1 & 3 with subtitle editor..
