Ive tryed playing it with both vlc and mpc they both work but the audio is really off sync were talking like 2-3seconds from u hear the sound till its supposed to be there. Anyway i can fix this?

can't seem to play it without the Closed Captions on. Is it embedded in image? Am I doing something wrong?

I just disabled subtitles and it took away the CC but left the english subs. Thought disabling the take away the english subs but I guess not.

To all those that care...
There are several things you can do to play a .mkv file.
- Play it within VLC Player as suggested previously
- Rename the file to a .mp4 file extension
- Use MKVMerge to remove unwanted subtitles (this will only work with subtitle files. MKVMerge will not remove subtitles that are embedded within the video file itself.)
