To note, while this game does seem to run perfectly on newer Windows OS's, it does have pretty severe graphical glitching issues, due to some kind of conflict with windows explorer.
Simple solution is to create a .bat file that kills explorer, starts the game, then when the game process ends, reboots explorer. Works with any old game that gets these issues.
So, for this game, you'd do the following:
1. Open notepad
2. Write the following lines into notepad, changing the file path as necessary:
taskkill /f /IM explorer.exe
C:"KKNDXtreme""KKND.exe"
start explorer.exe
3. Save this file as whateveryouwant.bat
4. Run the .bat file instead of the games .exe, or retarget the games shortcut to the .bat.
Just thought I'd share this fix for anyone else who stumbles through here.
