I too had problems unpacking the archive for Disc 1I used 7-Zip and it told me it was a broken archive.
I then tried another package called BitZipper and this one worked.
I've burnt the iso image and it seems to play okay.
Not sure why one works and the other didn't as I'm not a technical wizard, but I thought I'd let you know in case it helps others with this problem. :-)
