I know that there are many false positives in torrents (because of the keygens and cracks). This seems to be the case too.
But it's strange: why was necessary to repack the original installer in another installer but adding a "file.exe" who apparently does nothing but trigger the antivirus alert? It's redundant.
One explanation is that the file "file.exe" does indeed something bad.
Another explanation is that the guy who made this installer wanted that the false positive of the antivirus annoy the users. And when a real virus would be released, very few users will believe the antivirus (because they will think that it's another false positive)... That's really smart...

Do not run the self-extracting archive, because file.exe is a virus. It has something to do with PHP and MySQL, possibly a backdoor server.
Extract the official installer, which is digitally signed by High-Logic. Install, use the serial to register.
Version 5.6 is the first one to be able to open large Microsoft Cleartype fonts like Calibri, which v5.5 could not.
