Works great, even got it running on Windows 7 64bit with a widescreen (stretched of course).
At first I launched the game and it would keep minimizing. So I went into the osr.ini file with notepad and changed NoFullScreenMode from 0 to 1. I launched the game and played in windowed mode. I changed the setting back to 0 and now it runs fullscreen. :)
