Seeding will depend on the upload speed of the original seeder. It's the uploaders speed capacity that is delaying the seeding back of the whole torrent.

So, how do I fix that. I have the "Bandwidth Allocation" set on High and the "Upload Limit" set to UNLIMITED. Is there a better setting?
