I downloaded the English subs for dvd rip at addic7ed and already checked. Perfect synch; therefore these files are dvd rip and the ones you want.

Subtitle update: download whole season in a package at Subscene. One at a time at Addic7ed.
Both are hearing impaired. Quickly removed with Subtilte Edit 3.0. Tools>Remove text for hearing impaired>Save as... Two steps and you're done.
