It shouldn't be a surprise unless you're a new listener. They are off the last week of August as well. There's only 10 shows this month.
This has been the case for the past 7 years at the very least and pretty much the same on terrestrial. It's summer time and nice weather in NY so it's obvious he's going to take all the time off now.
