Sin embargo, una serie de desdichadas coincidencias hace que la policía la detenga como principal sospechosa. Joan consigue escapar con la ayuda de Paul (Devon Graye) e intenta llegar a Olympia antes de que sea demasiado tarde. Encuentra a su sobrina en una cámara subterránea.
