What earth1rst said, Virus in the install but the serial STILL works Thursday, April 25 2013 (surprisingly) I am not paying $20 (like 1,200 Yen) for this program though. I'd pay no more that 2 - 5 dollars.

Confirmed, the serial('Mulder' one. didn't try the other one) works for version 1.93.22 on 21 June, 2013.
As others mention above, just download the software from the official website(link above) and user the serial provided in this torrent.
As for the virus, i didn't even download the exe file from this torrent, so can't tell. may be a false positive, may be not. Don't risk it when you can get a better version that it.

Download the shareware version instead of the free version. When you start it for the first time (after installing), the program will ask if you'd like to register. Hit yes, and you can enter the information. If you like the program, you should purchase it. The program is expensive, but there are not many programs as powerful and refined as GraphicsGale.
Plus, the only difference between the free and the paid is .gif support and a few other things. If you can't afford it, you could just export all the images in your animation, then use a gif assembly program.
