The Paper

This is a short movie I made in college. The budget was around $60, so I guess it didn't turn out too badly! It's about five years old at this point, and was shot on SVHS (pre-MiniDV), so it isn't the best quality. Anyway, enjoy it for what it's worth. It's not like you paid for it! ;) And best of all, I promise not to sue you for downloading it!

Well, as long as a few people are downloading it, I might as well give a short plot overview. :)
Basically, it's about a kid in high school that is bad at remembering to turn in papers. He is good at sneaking around, and has a friend that is good at "hacking". (yeah, yeah, but hey, the computer is running a Linux distro at least!) Anyway, she has to try and find a way to get past the school security so her friend can sneak his paper in without getting caught.
It's corny, I know, but it was my first real try at putting a longer, sequential movie together, and helped the high schoolers (at the time) in the movie to learn the various production roles. I am fortunate enough now to have a lot better equipment and knowledge, and hope someday in the near future to make some more polished movies!
