That's an excellent scenery. Just loaded it and finding it's the best 20 Mb. of scenery I've seen. Edinburgh is excellent and great textures and other stuff all around. Check out the Edinburgh Nuke plant.
I found the scenery at simmarket by searching the name given here. I think it's by fsquality or someone with quality in the name.
