no we dont need hardcoded subtitle for English movies. However, we can have an option for subtitle.

@xiphone we need hard code for psp,iphone as hr make rips for iphone only they should be hardcoded as in iphone only hardcoded work
and yeah atleast hr should give option for subtitle atleast

If the subtitle is not distributed with the source then it will not be included and that's final.
There are many web sites that specialize in this sort of thing. Use computer software such as subler to mux the subtitle of your liking into the video. You may also use google language tools to translate a given subtitle to the language of your liking.
