Hey great torrent, but where's the .exe file? The .exe file doesn't work...it's a security catalog file, and the Fallout 3 icon that should be the .exe brings me to an installer that doesn't recognize the installed files/can't find the disc. Does this torrent include the nocd crack?

So..... I didn't see an answer for previous questions. I haven't d/l yet, and want to know if I need the product key and if it's included with the torrent or not. Two more questions... Is this in English and is it an updated version? I have the first version, tried to update it, now it won't start. Oh, and is that a definit answer for if you can go "Live" with it or not?
