Please help, when i try ton transfert the map to the gps i have message that the maps are not unlocked for the gps. thanks

Downloads nice, executes to MapSource good. One problem with the unlock code: Garmin requires unlocking online, asking for the product code from the packaging. Don't know how to proceed from here without it.
