i've got this weird file called padding file and i've got 49 of them and a warning which is in the name of the file which says if i see these files i need to update to bitcomet 0.85 or above but there is a problem i'm running utorrent 1.8.3 (Build 15772) so what should i do. and no i will not change from utorrent

Well, these padding files, or rather spam files, are only to be expected when getting a torrent from a non-trusted member.
Yes, thanks for the torrent, but wow, really? I'm a pirate, and in the good ol' days, I would hunt down your ship and burn it.
However, this is modern "civilization" And doing this is normal and pretty much expected out of businesses and people being paid, legally or not.
I hope you got infected and you're anti-visrus didn't get it before you uploaded the torrent.

Episode 45 was almost unwatchable for me. 44 and 45 and poor TV rips, they have a ringing in the background that is annoying, and halfway through 45, the audio and video got out of sync. So episode 45 A-5 V-5 at the most. Good toorent, seeding it.

episode 45 has audio out of sync with the video. Easy way to fix that is to play the audio from another player like KMplayer and manually sync the video in VLC. So audio running on KM and video on VLC and just mute audio on vlc. Crude but it works

Are you retarded? FMA has two seasons. The original one and another called Brotherhood. Original series has 51 episodes and Brotherhood has 64. They're different.

Actually, the original 51 episodes came out after the manga, and are a completely different storyline, as to Brotherhood, which directly follows the manga. Get your shit straight.
