Forgot to mention...just double click as if it were the Residentevil.exe or launcher.exe. The game will start-up.

Doesn't seem to work. When I try to load the application, it just tells me "This game would only be able to run when Windows95."

right click the file and open its properties, there in compatibility tab set compatibility mode to win 98/ME
