popcap games.zip

first upload :) anyway, contains almost all popcap games from steam and i think a few others i cant rembember. read the instructions inside for installation and other info. ote: no viruses, trojans, ect cuz im not like that and even if i was i hve no idea how to program one :P size- ~300mb

I don't know if anyone else has encountered the same error, but any time I try to run a game, I receive the following error:
Failed to startup Steam: SteamStartup(0xe,0x0012E388) failed with error 108: The local Steam Service is not running
Any suggestions?

I've encountered the same problem as Phaedrus_x. Has anyone managed to play any of these games, and if yes, I would really appreciate if they could let me know how they did it. Thanks.

According to the info included with the files, the games don't require Steam to run. However, the error we are getting seems to indicate otherwise. If anyone of the seeders has managed to get these games to work, would you be so kind as to explain how?

Well, based on the dramatic drop in the number of people seeding and downloading this torrent, it would appear that it is, in fact, crap. So, I must reluctantly call shenanigans. Congratulations, mrdeedeedee: MASSIVE FAIL! Seriously, why do people go to the trouble of uploading things that don't work? Did they not get enough hugs when they were children?
