Do i have to do something before burning the iso? I burnt it to and verbatim DVD-R disc untouched. I use Argon ship. If i insert this disc to my wii, will all the uppdates from super smash bros brawl be removed/ignored? or will the uppdate start after inserted it? please respond!

Heres the thing with this... The Wii Freeloader it self has a region code. It need to have the right region code for your console. And yes the freeloader workes with bakcups on a modded Wii. The freeloader ignores the Update on the disc so there is no chance to brick it or something like that. I have a bought copy off this for my PAL Wii, 3.2E, 1.9g Wiikey and SSBB Works PERFECT with no dublicated channels and you dont have to play it in 50Mz.. The SSBB first asked me for a System Update but after putting the Freeloader that problem was gone.

Before anybody gets condescendent, I'm no noob, but I can't burn this file. Every packet of software I have rejects it. Any ideas?

PowerISO or WinRAR can not open it, they say the file is damaged or corrupted. So basically it's impossible to burn this on a DVD. Could the uploader please try again to upolad the file without damaging it, I'd appreciate it greatly, thanks.

You do ot have to extract it, just burn it to a dvd.
My problem is that it turns black when you click on it. I have pal, 1.9g, 3.2e. Does anyone know what to do, tried it in all Hz modes.

@firendlydonkey & krazaeda: you can't open with winrar or other software because it's a Wii ISO. Burn it with imgburn, it will work fine...
This image is patched to PAL, maybe you have to use regionfrii to patch it to NTSC.

No, Non-chipped Wiis does not read burned DVD:s, however i think this works, gonna try it out with a NTSC game soon...

So now i have tested this freeloader and it works great! tested it with "Naruto: Revolution"
P.S. I have a PAL Wii with wiikey 1.9g, and burned it with ImgBurn on a DVD-R

Hmmm. Burned it to DVD+R and DVD-R, but neither gives those "bars on the Wii menu" like you can see in some of the how-to vids on you tube.
Trying to decide if my girlfriend should bring me some games back from the US.

For "real" Freeloader, you don't need a chipped console -- that's one main selling point, that you don't void your warranty. It's just to play out-of-region games, not 'backups'.
Are you saying that this Freeloader image requires a chipped console? That'd be different than "real" freeloader. I intend to import games, not try to play backups.

I just remembered this:
- I think this is the PAL version.
- The iso must be 1.35Gig for the Wii to reconize it as a gamecube disc.
Any of those options might be the problem.

I am not able to burn the image into DVD. I tried Nero, CDBurnXP, ImgBurn. All are giving the error 'Invalid or unsupported image file format' I have checked the file, I have downloaded 100%.

Excellent torrent!
The reason you need this is because even though your wii is modded some ntsc games (e.g. Williams Pinball)don't work even after brickblocking the update, the screen goes black and even switching to 50hz doesn't do the job. This fixes that.

Anyone know if u can burn this to a cdr?? Or does Wii not recognise em... seems a waste of a dvd-r... P.S. This isnt useless at all, it allows u to play any region on a Pal modded Wii. I think it just ignores any updates that r required wen using NTSC on PAL (which can kill ur Wii)
