The index is corrupt - it can be fixed using DivFix 1.1 available from www.doom9.org
The end of the recording (just a few seconds) is missing. ITV were following their usual pattern and running very late last Saturday, so it may have been lost from the original recording... or the recording may have been truncated.
Anyway thanks for the up, but does anyone know of a more complete file?

This file is damaged. That is why the file is 324MB instead of 349MB. We are going to have to wait for a repack or another version.

Incomplete. The file appears to be truncated. There's a good version available on private trackers (esp. UK ones) haven't seen a fixed version on public trackers yet. EZTV screwed up this time.
