THIS IS A .MKV file!!!
what that means is it is hard as fuck to burn it to a DVD.
You have to filter it to a smaller resolution to make it burnable otherwise NO program can handle this file.
it IS possible to watch it on your PC with a CCCP codec pack installed using WMP.
otherwise .. i have no idea how to burn this to DVD. Ive been reading about this for about an hour now and apparently coverting to AVI takes hours to do and usually is not successful. That will probably be my next move.. if anyone else has any clue how to do this , post here.

slippery1: Did you try burning it with the UDF filesystem? Its the only DVD file-system that supports files bigger than 4024 MB. Any other file-system will tell you the file is too big.
Also a MKV file is what most Hi-def movies are put in. You can change it to other formats without converting (it just muxes the video and audio streams into a different file-container format).

You see this is the beauty of owning a xbox 360,i either convert to mp4 with GOTsent and split the file,it fits on 1 dvd for 4 gig hd rips,and shows perfect in 720p,or i convert to wmvhd with winmec,i will never spend 30$ on a movie or buy an exspensive blu-ray player or ps3,long live the pirate bay!
