320 would indicate mp3 lossy. Flac starts in around 500 kbps and averages around 700-800kbps.

oh and @hyoung3 I would argue that David Gilmours' self entitled album 'David Gilmour' will over the long haul will pull you deeper down the rabbit hole. Therefore in the humble opinion of this online comment: better.
