where's the audio? audio doesn't play on bs player

Dear All. This movie loads up perfectly fine. The Audio is fine, The Video Quality is Perfect. Also, if the English subtitles do not work, simply copy them into the same folder as the movie and name it exactly the same name as the movie.. (even works fine on tablets!)
