why dont people like scrubbed iso? if you use a usb loader to get them, they autoscrubbed. and most people do it through a loader not a wifi dumper nowadays. get with the times!

meterbay, im not sure what you mean, but if your wondering how to scrub iso;s use wiiscrubber 1.4 kit. i personally use the trim option, but i dont think trimmed iso work for disk backups, but work 100% in usb loaders trimming an iso cuts out the blank data and the update data, only leaving the data partition on the iso. this makes it so the iso is not 4 gigs, but rather the size it takes up on a WBFS partition.

you may need to install a updated cios from wanikoko to run the game. you also need the homebrew channel and an apps to run your game : neogamma , gecko 1.9.3,back up launcher ..... Google is your friend .

1st attempt:
burned iso with imgburn at 4x with dvd-r. I'm using backup loader gamma 0.3 rev 249. My wii is NTSC version 3.2.
Loads past backup loader but into black screen with no wii remote functionality, forced to hold power button to turn off.
Plays most other wii isos, any ideas?

at people getting update requests: Don't update. you're supposed to be using a backup launcher to play these. otherwise your Wii will become bricked upon update.

I've burned this copy several times (sony dvd-r, 1x-4x) and have only been able to load to the company logos before i get a disc read error. I too also get a strange noise from my wii at that time. I'm using neogamma r8 beta 7. To those that have a similar problem, please post a resolution if found.

to all you guys having trouble, try the latest gecko, it's the only thing that works for me. If anyone can figure out how to get a usb loader work, please let us know. I haven't had any luck with any usb loaders. I don't know if it has anything to do with the fact I am still on 3.2. I did updat to latest CIOS.

I am still on 3.2U but I load all the latest CIOS 249, almost all games are running fine on Gamma 0.3. Would this game works on my system? I cannot understand why all post would say update to System menu 4.2 as all dowloaded NTSC games here are running perfectly on my console.
My system is 3.2U serial LU53xxxx
I run bannerbomb - Ok,
run Bootmii as boot2 - Ok backup NAND - OK
run Wehackwii package - IOS 249 and Trucha bug restorer.
After the above steps almost 90% of my dowloaded NTSC games works perfectly.
So why should I go for system 4.2; can you please explain?

lashi....if you have cios38-rev 14 then you should be able to use gx usb loader...do you have it showing up in homebrew?is it just not recognizing the usb port?i can help but i need more info.my question is has anyone been able to run it on a disk?i get a new error 002 on a disk that i can only bypass on usb

to further clarify my question...i will also add that i tried all disk loaders and i only get half the games to work on them.i made my own loader that auto loads any region automatically from a chanel.this is the only game so far that wont work out of about 100...but the iso is flawless except for the new error 002...nice work!

mtrhd, I have Rev14 of cios38, game shows up on homebrew but get either a green screen frozen from neogamma or error 002 if using usbloader original. on the other hand, i burn it to a verbatim dvd-r and run gecko and it works perfrectly.
between the 2 of us, it works perfect. :) I rather have your problem though since I like loading of USB instead of disc.

Just finished this torrent( and game) a couple days ago. basically the PC version of MW on low settings =/
still fun though so ill seed for a couple days. only problem with it i found is that the controls are pretty difficult and the frame rate is jumpy and not all that great. i pretty much expected it to be like that on account of it is a pretty big game.
@yashar0 - burn it with a memorex, verbatim, sony, etc DVD-R using IMGburn on 2X. then play it using a backup launcher.

THANK YOU, i got it working now, but after playing the sound is a bit messed up, sound effects of flashbang has a 2 second lag from the sound, and somtimes during gameplay and in the intro, the music keeps repeating a few times like a broken tape, any way to fix? i burned 3x and im trying 1x now

yashar0 - That sounds like a bad burn. I occasionally had some parts in the game where audio was messed up but no where near what you described. So yeah another burn might help you.

Well forgottensouls, there was some improvement with the sound now, but there is still one problem, when i enter a game like teamdeathmatch, when the countdown timer reaches 0 the screen goes black for about a few seconds before i start the game. And when i die, the screen goes black for about 5 seconds before i come back, i thought it was normal until i went to search and destroy. When the mach would start, the screen would go black for about 6 seconds, and when i come back, my team already took the bomb and already in their positions, so its impossible for me to get the bomb, any way i can fix this?

yashar0 I honestly don't know what to tell you. being more of a 360 online player than Wii due to the FC factor, I haven't played online yet. But what that sounds like is more of a network issue. it just means you connected a little later. thats all. no big deal. at least to me.

Well, i found out that its because its a cracked CD that the respawn times are slower, i have to use a USB flash drive loader, unfortunatly my Flash Drive is only 3.72gb, and the game is 4.72gb (.iso) FML

ADVICE to ALL - Nentendog Nazii Gestapo would always advice U to upgrade ur system to version 4.2, 4.1. or 4.0. If your system is 3.x - DO NOT UPGRADE - u just need to upgrade ur CIOS to waninkoko 249 rev 14 with 002 fix - thats it and all ur games will work 99% using Neogamma v.7 and backup channel 0.3 gamma edition. Some games will work on Neogamma v.7 and some will work on backup channel gamma 0.3 - VICE-VERSA.

@nickeon1 maybe you should try usb loader gx. I use them both and NeoGamma doesn't start all my discs. If usb loader doesn't work, then try a different brand of DVD-R. I use Sony DVD-R and they work just fine.

What you read is true. New Wiis won't read burned DVDs. You have to use an external HDD or USB.
