I have no idea where these comments of "10!!" on the video quality are coming from. Just look at the screen shots. That's as big as you can get the screen. If you go maximize any further, it's even worse.
I'd give it maybe a 6.5 - 7
Not to mention, this one is 100MB LARGER than a 720p bluray version that has quality of 9 or 10.
I downloaded both just to check. If you want under 1GB, I'd say it won't be much better than this:
