Peter Baumann - Romance 76

The utterly unique album by Peter Baumann (who's been a member in the group Tangerine Dream) "Romance 76" ripped to MP3. I don't think this album is available at all anymore. I got it on DAT many years ago and it was recorded at LP (long play) so the DAT recording is 32 kHz / 8 bits non-linear, but the music is not that demanding so I think the sound quality is very good. Upsampled to 44.1 kHz and then MP3 coded at 256 kbit/s by Sony Sound Forge 8. I will try to upload his "Trans Harmonic Nights" too if I have success with this, my first torrent upload. I want more people to enjoy his music and this seems to be the only way to spread his wisdom. No one sells his albums. WOW. DLd 5/6, and having listened to about half, I have to say: So that's where all the really good sounds and melodies of Tangerine Dream went!
Peter Baumann obviously made the Tangerine Dream of Rubycon and Stratosfear. Franke/Froese were also essential, but TD died after Baumann left...
Again: Thanx a million... now waiting for his Trans Harmonic Nights! =)

Det här är låter precis som stratosfear o cyclone, dvs musiken från TDs bästa period. Den här skivan är väl stört omöjlig att få tag på, så det är ypperligt bra att man kan ladda ner den här. Tyvärr verkar det som om bara de 2 första låtarna vill laddas, resten av musiken verkar inte vilja ge med sig...

nu har jag lyssnat igenom hela skivan. de tre första låtarna är kanon, låter som stratosfear fast bättre. Resten av låtarna blir lite för experimentella. Musiken låter definitivt TD fast lite dystrare. Ingen somkänner till om man kan ladda hem skivomslaget? Hur är förresten PBs senare album? nån som hört dem?

Peter "ballade ur" efter dessa skivor och gjorde lite mer popbetonad musik ("Fremde in der Nacht / Strangers in the Night" t ex) men det finns flera skivor jag inte hört men gärna skulle lägga vantarna på om det gick.
