hi guys this torrent consists of two files:
1) a .rar file which contains Nero 8.3.2.1 trial version.
2) a .txt file with the key in it.
Just unrar the instaler and use the serial from the .txt file.
The 1st commenter "Gunteraz" mentions a virus - THERE IS NO VIRUS - it is actually the Ask.com toolbar which Nero packages with their trial version. Simply untick the box which says to install the Ask toolbar - you are not forced to install it (NOD32 reported it to me too ;) )

sry want to clarify to the n00bs that using the serial in the .txt file will convert the trial version of Nero 8 into the full version... Enjoy!

-Disconnect from the web.
-Install using key.
-Delete all files in online services.
-Deselect 'check for updates' in Control Center Updates.
Works flawlessly on Win7 x64.
