Serial? I don't have serial, i downloaded game from here (thx Hellvamp), created LIVE account, loging on and play. Camera and save works great for me. Sry my bd ENG...

how to bypass the activation!? I go offline through the social club then play. It just brings the activation screen and i don't have the unlock code.

FIX FOR DRUNKEN CAM:
Cam is shaking? Close the game, and restart. Voila, perfectly playable!
Next time you start, it'll have the shaky cam again.
Just close it and restart, perfectly playable again.
Works all the time.

HOW TO SAVE GAMES:
Unplug from the internet (literally pull the cable out while you play the game).
Make sure to close down RS Social Club before replugging it.
When the game starts or tries to autosave, it'll tell you that you must be logged into an account.
Accept to log-in/create profile in Windows Live tab (WHITHIN THE GAME) and click on "Create OFFLINE account"
Create some fake account, this will only be seen by you on your computer (unless you're stupid enough to try and play online with a cracked game).
There ya go, any questions?
Oh and "RMN40 error" or whatever is because you probably don't have SP3 (winXP) or SP1 (Vista), both of which are available on Microsoft's site.

Please, could all of you who say it is currently working for them, post your OS (Operating System _very important_) along with your Computer Specifications ( Keep them in _one line_ as they're not that important for the crack but might be )
Also, be exact at which OS you use. There are several versions of Vista for example. As 32bit or 64bit. Also include the Service Packs you have installed, what crack has worked for you and what you did for solving the problem of the shaking camera. Though I do not think this is a permanent solution you have there, so please also post, if you could play several hours, mention when exactly it started to shake and drive mad again.

Guys i found a1 way to have your internet on ,and dont crash the GTA 4 .
Ok, go to your firewall/excetion and you will see 2 names GTA 4 ,active this 2 .
And will be the Rockstar gamesocial club ,"block this one".
last thing is,when you start the GTA 4 turn off you internet and when you be playing the gta 4 press "ALT+TAB" and you can turn on the internet .
you cant play gta4 online ,but you can make donwload your torrents normaly.
i am saing this becouse if i play offline i could play normaly on gta 4,but when i turnon the internet the gta cars get crash and walk alone i couldnt stop my car.
i think you all got it what i am saying about this bug and how to resolve this bug .Cya.

It says i need a binkw32.dll there is a download for it but there is a problem with that.
The bink dll's are unique to the game according to binks website and the one i downloaded is missing a entry point does anyone have this dll?!
