The programme accompanies the Metropolitan Police's Stolen Vehicle Unit to Cyprus, one of the biggest destinations for stolen cars from Britain. It also follows Barry, a car-crime bounty hunter, as he searches for stolen vehicles, and talks to a mother in Kensington who had her car stolen at gunpoint.
