Not sure to tell you the truth. I don't know if the version sold in Japan years ago had subtitles but this one doesn't. The video quality is VHSish

The playback on this DVD is jerky...on both my computer and my set-top DVD player! Anything I can do to fix it? The DVD is sooo awesome otherwise! It would be the best version i've seen..if not for the jerky playback!

Sorry, but the Berne Convention makes no such provision. Plus, F13th Pt 3 3D was released in N. America, so, even if there was such a provision, it would not count.
