I'll download in a few days when there are more seeds. I'm new to this and I only download a few issues (the ones that I buy) and then 'seed' those to 1.5x minimum so never get to 100% of the torrent. Is that ok?

The dowbnload is very slow every week. something is wrong. All my other downloads works perfectly, but not this one. It slowed down at 54 % testerday, and has stopped at 75 % today. Something about the tracker?
