Sergeants pull over a driver for failing to put on his headlights, but the driver takes a vow of silence on the advice of his passenger and refuses to say anything to the Police. A senior constable pulls over a car that's being driven erratically and runs a red light. Then, two senior constables pull over a driver traveling 54km over the speed limit. The constables follow him while he weaves in and out of traffic. His excuse is that he was speeding to get to the bathroom.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that this is fake. On IMDB, I cannot find any such episode. Also, the plot in the description of this torrent doesn't sound like a valid highway patrol episode
