Unaltered, official combo update 10.5.3 The only reason for this torrent is that many people continue to get corrupted copies of this download that fail verification because of a bad SHA-1, whether from Apple.com or a 3rd party source. I personally tried 12 times before finally getting a good copy. Torrent downloading will ensure a perfect SHA-1 match.

jbardi: you really should check your hardware. 12 times to download this kind of small file sounds very bad. Normally tcp/ip protocol fixes bad transferred packets.

Also remember that this update screws up Windows in Parallels. If you need Parallels, don't update until it's fixed. (google '"10.5.3" parallels')

:WARNING:
If any of you intending to download and install this uses any Adobe CS3 applications such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and such, keep in mind that there is a serious bug if you also save/open files over a network connection. Files opened or saved via the network directly from a CS3 application on OSX 10.5.3 end up getting corrupted both Apple and Adobe confirms this.
Though saving locally is not affected (Adobe has always said never to save directly over a network anyways).
