There will be new vehicles in Bad Company 2, such as the UH-60, a quad bike, a two-man patrol boat, a personal watercraft, an AA-gun mounted on a light tank, and a UAV helicopter controlled via computer. * Single-player : The single player campaign has 11 missions, and features the same characters from the first game. The game's prologue, as revealed through an ESRB rating explanation, takes place on an "unnamed Japanese island in the Pacific" during World War II. The prologue introduces the player to a secret weapon with incredible power, which drives the campaign, and has Bad Company move along the west coast of North and South America. The campaign will feature jungles in South America to snow-capped mountains in Alaska. The first Bad Company game ended with the main characters driving off with a truck full of gold; however, they lose their gold and end up back under Army Command, though, how this actually happens is a well-kept secret by DICE. The player controls Preston Marlowe who is part of B-Company squad, a group of misfits and Army rejects. The campaign is said to be more linear than the first, which often consisted of vast areas with only a start point and an endpoint, and a variety of ways to get between the two. The more linear style allows the player to experience more scripted and exciting missions, but still gives the player a choice in how to approach situations. Just follow the steps
1.Download the updated files as told by globe

2.Now instal the freearc software.
3.use the software to decompress.
4.now dont use the globeconverter.exe in the torrent file. Instead replace it with the one in the 2nd link.
5.It takes some time ;you hear something played in your in your media player.
6.Lastly go to game folder and add files given in the 1st link. The directory and folder are specified in it.

Who the fuck says this is a complete game, when you extract it the size you get is somewhat 5gb and after running globeconverter it automatically cuts to 2.58gb what the fuck???????????????????
and you can play only 1st level and after that cinematic blast all blank screen,,,,,cant do anything....

LOL I love all the complaints, always talking about how it doesn't work, etc etc.... I have never had a globe game fail on me. I would share the fixes, but I never needed one. Maybe your systems need an upgrade... Not sure what else it could be.
My advice is:
1. Make sure system is up to date.
2. Make sure your programs are in order, don't let them run if you don't need them and such.
3. Make sure you follow the instructions.
4. ????????

---------------HEY EVERYBODY WITH THE BLACK SCREEN PROBLEM PLEASE SEE HERE FOR THE SOLUTION-----------------
Well I found a lot on the internet and finally realized that there is NO fix for the black screen since some video file is missing from this rip. DO NOT PANIC - I got a solution:
1. Just google a save file for this game. I don't have the link right now but you should not have any trouble finding it. If you do have trouble, just let me know, I will then search for the link and post it here.
2. You will get a file named : "GameSettings.bin" after the download. Copy and replace this file with the one in "BFBC2" folder in "My Documents".
3. Run your game from where ever it is.
4. Once your game starts, hover your mouse to "Single Player". Click on "My Campaign". Select the second mission from the list that appears.
5. Doing this, you will continue the story exactly after the submarine part but you will miss the video.
6. Anyways, have fun and let me know if this works. Cheers!

Hey just missed couple of things:
1. If you still see a black screen after the troubleshooting that I just mentioned, try opening the "settings.ini" file in "BFBC2" folder in "My Documents" and look for a string - "DxVersion"
2. Change its value from "Auto" to one of the following:
Windows XP - 9
Windows Vista - 10
Windows 7 - 11
Example, if you have Windows Vista, change the value so that it looks like - "DxVersion=10".
3. If still you have the black screen error, then may be your computer hardware is not good enough to support this game.

Hi globe.
I love all your torrents, they work perfectly, except for this one. Whenever I open the arc file with winace, power archiver, or freearc, they all just open to a blank screen saying "0 files in xyz bytes". However, when I try and open it in winzip, it says "invalid header".
Is there anyway to fix it without redownloading it?

Hi.
I love all of your torrents as they are small and easy to install and all of them work flawlessly, unlike this one. When I open the arc file with freearc, winace, or power archiver, it just opens to a blank screen, 0 files in xyz bytes. When I open it in winzip, it gives me the error invalid header.
Any thoughts on how to fix it without a redownload?
