Source is commercial DVD.
It is dark in the original.
Writing subtitles was difficult because of that.
I had access to parts of the book.
This movie does a much batter job of telling the story rather than the book.
Manyy explanatory comments were added in brackets to help tie together parts
which are skipped over too much.
