usually its the ports that are blocked, except for port 80 (internet access). Which means that torrents can't be downloaded, but f2p files can.
Or the machines dont allow any programs suspected of being torrents to be installed/used. my college has restricted all IRC apps, een portable ones from my USB stick.

Hey- the more people that hear the show, the better. We're hitting over 200 seeds on these torrents with some crazy throughput, and those who can't torrent can still get the show - so hats off (call the "hat removal service") to nblax27.

I have a challenge for you, goose. Can you find or rip or upload Louis C.K.'s Chewed Up special? I dvr'd it but I would like to have it on my PC. I've checked all the reputable torrent sites with no luck. I'm sure it will show up eventually when it's released on DVD but by then I'll just by the damn thing. I need IT NOW.

P.S. - I've got all of Louie's DVD's and even have the Lucky Louie set signed by Louie, Jimmy, and Rick so I know what you mean about buying them. The O&A comedians always talk about how the fans turn out for them, and that includes many of the pests who dl these torrents....
