You´re right. Azureus will not allow seeding this torrent directly from TPB. Have often the same problem myself.
Solution: Download same torrent from Isohunt and whroooooom - this app dl in minutes.

Really been hoping so long to anyone crack and publish the PDFPen. I really need that kind of program for my own little private non-commercial use...OR Portraitprofessional the new version for both Mac and PC! ARGH! Why why why not available!

If you are having a problem with acrobat 9 asking you to register all the time reinstall pitstop offline then edit your hosts file and add the following entry at the end:
127.0.0.1 enfocus.com
If it still asks you to register also add
127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com
Also someone else told me that if you run Acrobat as an administrator and register with the serial then it works without the host file change. (I used the host file change)
