Well, I guess I'm confused. You state: "DO NOT COMMENT FOR PASSWORDS - it is NOT gonna happen" yet Adobe Reader says the file is encrypted. You also state: NO PASSWORDS. Well great! I now have an encrypted PDF but you aren't gonna let anyone know the password. Makes sense, I guess.

Raindr0ps, there is no password. I repeat there is none.
It is just encrypted. It can open only in Adobe Reader 9.0 latest version.

Can't be opened with Foxit Reader. Gives me a message box asking for a password.
