I think this IS a DVD screener. However, quality is nearly DVD quality but not quite. Quality for video is 8.5/10, it has a few watermarks on the image (a faint A letter at the top of the screen, and a T letter on the side) and has a running time on the bottom. And ofcourse, it shows a property of fox message at some points during the movie.
The movie itself is OK. A story about police corruption which is cool, but it can be a little hard to follow sometimes.
In short, if you are the type of person that only dl's dvd rips and screeners I would say avoid this because the watermarks are too much, and the quality is a little bit worse than dvd quality.
