Hey everyone. I fixed this download so everyone can get the whole thing. Everyone that was stuck at 99.9% will no longer be. The OP included files for repair if it ever got corrupted. I loaded the files into Quickpar and let it do it's thing. After it completed I forced a recheck in uTorrent and I am now seeding it at 100%. I feel we all should include repairs for stuff we upload. The extra files for the repair are only 44.5mb for this file. Sounds completely worth it.
