This is the fourth TV Team torrent from the last couple days sitting in my client(s) still waiting for its initial seed. How and why do they keep listing torrents without ever having a single seed??

I don't think they're doing it maliciously. My "how and why" question was more about something being wrong and not being addressed/solved, not about accusing them of intentionally doing anything improper!
