Most of the other HDTV 720 UFC events that I have downloaded have come in one file which I believe is mkv. I was wondering if I could get some help on how to join all these files into one so I can watch this event. Thanks a lot!

You need a file archiving program for that, for example WinRAR. When you have it installed you should run the file that ends with .rar.
