Here are the ROMs of Pokémon Black and White, with the experience anti-piracy measurement patched out. * The games are dumped by the group Behemut. * The patch hex code was found here: * The patch was applied personally by me. I can confirm that both games run smoothly in DeSmuME 0.9.6 and Pokémon do gain experience. I don't have any flash carts so I cannot assure it works on them.
