Trillian Astra Build 74

Build 74 is now available. A special thanks to all of the users who are actively contributing to the language packs; we�ve updated the packs yet again with all of the latest changes as of sometime this morning! We�re also continuing to tweak the new tabbed containers in response to some of the issues that have been raised so far. Finally, some of our widgets received an update this week - the weather widget has some cool new options and will cycle temperature display in Celsius. --Cracked by Homer, enjoy!
