Would I be able to burn this directly onto a DVD and play on (most) dvd players? Or is there a special method? The movie, the sound and the video quality were at their utmost.

Yes you should be able to burn it directly to any DVD, since I didn't use any compression when ripping it.

Finally finished, and after all that, I don't have the correct program to even watch it. what the hell is VOB anyway? sorry to complain, but this took days to download, and this is the third or fourth time i've tried downloading this movie, and i still haven't found a working torrent. Thanks anyway. Maybe it would help to say what the file type is, or maybe i just need to get with the program.
