This is my first time trying to seed my own file. My internet connection is 100MB/s. A friend is trying to download it, but it won't let them connect yet when someone using the same connection did it, it took less than a minute to download.
Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
I did the speed guide on uTorrent and it says my upload speed is 580kb/s and my port was forwarding properly.

make sure you've started initial seeding, and leave your comp on for a night or two...
also, upload on mininova to get more seeders :D
